Q. Do you offer a MILITARY DISCOUNT? 
A. Yes!  Service Members or spouse may order from our website at wholesale cost.

Q. I am a retail store & I want to order RIGHT NOW.  What's this you say about it being "Quick & Easy" to order?
A. Call us at 800-925-5038.  List 12 or more card #'s or just say "best sellers package".  Prepay by credit card right then. The whole process generally takes less than 5 minutes.

Q. Can I shop online? 
A. Yes!  You have a couple of options!  We use a PayPal shopping cart on this site for retail stores with a resale tax ID, meeting our minimum opening order. 

Alternately, we are a member of Wholesale Crafts!  As a retailer, you may use their shopping cart.

Q. What's your minimum opening order?
A. $99.

Q. How many cards is that? 
A. Twelve, half-dozen units.  (72 cards).  Each half-dozen unit is $8.25.

Q. What's your minimum order for magnets?
A. There is no minimum on magnets as long as they are combined with a card order that meets our minimum.  There is no minimum for existing wholesale customers in good standing.  Magnets are not packaged in units like the cards, they are sold individually at $1.99 each wholesale.

Q. What do your cards retail for?
A. MSRP is $2.75.  Although many of our stores sell them for $2.99.

Q. What do your fridge magnets retail for?
A. MSRP is $3.99 each.

Q. Can I order online without using your PayPal shopping cart?
A. Sure! Send an e-mail at 
GrammaBurp@aol.com . List the 12 units you want (by card # & name), your name, business name, shipping address & phone number. We can call you for credit card info or send an e-mail invoice to you with a link to our secure server.

Q.  What are your terms?
A.  Prepay first order.  Net 30 for existing customers with credit approval.

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. We do our best to ship fast.  Most orders are filled in 5 to 10 business days.  If you need it faster, just let us know! 

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?
A.  Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.  Also PayPal and checks.

Q. I have requested a catalog.  When can I expect to receive it?
A. It can take two to three weeks.  If you need one right away, just let us know.  There is also an online -- downloadable PDF -- catalog available on our retailer page, along with our order form. 

Q. Where do you ship?
A. Currently, we ship only in the United States. 
 

Q. I e-mailed you, but never heard back.  What's going on?
A. If you EVER don't hear back from us, please assume we never received your e-mail & give us a call :-)  We respond to all* contacts. *Earthlink kicks back e-mail - if you have earthlink, be sure to add us. 

Q. Are your cards UPC coded?
A. No.

Q. Are your cards individually packaged?
A. No but we've been known to individually package upon request.
 

Q. I'm not a store, I just want to order a few cards & fridge magnets. Can I buy a few?
A. Absolutely!  Please visit GrammaBurp.net - there you will be able to mix & match ... buy just one card or a hundred cards. Whatever you like!

Q. I'm starting my own business & doing market research, will you send me materials to help me get started?
A. Please contact the business owner directly at grammaburp@grammaburp.com She is happy to let you pick her brain & share some start-up resources!

Q. Do you accept freelance greeting card submissions?
A. Occasionally.  Read: Freelance writer guidelines.  

Q. Do you need any sales reps?
A. Yes, we have some territories still available.  Contact us via the sales rep inquiry form on this site (the 'contact us' page). 
 
Q.  Do you provide card racks / spinners?
A.  Yes, we use a company in California who can drop-ship them directly to our customers.  This service is only for GrammaBurp customers. (see next question)
 
Q. Can I count shipping &/or spinner costs toward meeting your opening order?
A. Wow. That's very creative, but no... and thanks for trying. We offer the spinner ordering service as a courtesy for our current customers, or new customers meeting our minimum opening order through the purchase of cards & magnets. We make no money on the spinners. You're gettin' 'em at wholesale cost. :-)  

Q. How can I stay on your good side?
A. Send dark chocolate truffles from The Chocolate Garden. (I'm not affiliated with them, just addicted.)
