Q. I am a retail store & I want to order RIGHT NOW. What's this you say about it being "Quick & Easy" to order?
A. View the cards and click Add To Cart.
Q. So I can shop online?
A. Yes! Please do! We have a shopping cart on this site.
Q. Will you mail me a catalog?
A. Sure! Go to our Wholesale Page & fill out the request form.
Q. What is your minimum opening order?
A. $99 minimum opening order.
Q. How many cards is that?
A. Eleven, half-dozen units. (66 cards). Each half-dozen unit is $9 wholesale.
Q. Where are your magnets?
A. Temporarily out of stock...not to worry, they'll be back.
Q. What do your cards retail for?
A. MSRP is $3.
Q. Can I order online without using your shopping cart?
A. Sure! Send us an e-mail. List what cards you want (by card # & name).
Your name, shipping address & phone number.
Or download our order form here and mail, or fax it to us.
Q. What are your terms?
A. Prepay first order. Net 30 for existing customers with credit approval.
Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. We do our best to ship fast. Most orders are filled in 2 to 5 business days.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, check, money order.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. Currently, we ship only in the United States.
Q. I e-mailed you, but never heard back. What's going on?
A. If you EVER don't hear back from us, please assume we didn't receive your e-mail.

Q. Are your cards UPC coded?
Q. I'm not a store, I just want to order a few cards. Can I buy a few?
A. Absolutely! Just send us an email and let us know which cards and how many you'd like. :)
Q. I'm starting my own business & doing market research, will you send me materials to help me get started?
A. Please contact the business owner directly here. She is happy to let you pick her brain & share some start-up resources!
Q. Do you accept freelance greeting card submissions?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Do you need any sales reps?
A. Sure. Contact us via the sales rep inquiry form.
Q. Do you provide card racks / spinners?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Do you offer a MILITARY DISCOUNT?
A. Yes! Service Member/spouse/mom/dad/brother/sister may order from our website at wholesale.
Q. Where are your cards made?
A. Made in the USA.
Q. How can I stay on your good side?
A. Send dark chocolate truffles from The Chocolate Garden. (I'm not affiliated with them, just addicted.) OMG they're amazing!
